This is a super fun and easy snack for the kids. I like to give it to them for dessert. It is ingredients that you almost always have on hand, and only takes about 5 minutes to prepare. The kids love it, well seriously, what is there not to love about this? It is all sweet and salty yumminess.
Rainy Day Smores Recipe
Ritz Crackers
Peanut Butter
Large Marshmallows
Spread Ritz crackers with a small smear of Peanut Butter and place a marshmallow on top. Place under broiler or in toaster oven until marshmallow is looking toasty. Remove from broiler and press second cracker on top.
These are sweet and rich. I normally limit the kids to 2-3 sandwiches each.
